Looking to try a sample of our most popular product? Wanting to stock up your freezer? Built from our herd and flocks, these bundles give you options that come with a significant discount over buying the cuts individually. 

*Whole, half, and quarter beef bundles are only available 1-2 times per year and for a limited time.

Our cattle are raised here right here on our farm. Prior to processing, the few we select are separated into a dual-pasture system, custom-fed with locally-sourced finishing ration and cake, and given free access to hay (alternating between Bluestem and Johnson grass hay because even cattle get bored with an unchanging diet).

Our sheep have their own rotational pasture system here on the farm and prior to processing, the few we select are separated into a pasture of their own with an additional daily ration of alfalfa and treats such as pumpkins, beets, fruit scraps, and barley/sunflower/pea fodder.
