Beef Bundle Deposit: Whole/Half

Reserve your whole or half beef with a non-refundable deposit (to be applied to your final purchase price). Your final cost will be based on $5.50/lb actual hanging weight (processing fees included). If you are unfamiliar with hanging weight, please see the second image for further information.

Half and Whole Beef Bundles give you the freedom to have your beef cut the way you want: steak thickness, roast size, etc.

These 21-day dry-aged beef bundles will be available the end of April.

All sales of beef will require pickup from the Kiowa Locker Plant in Kiowa, KS unless delivery arrangements have been made by April 4th. Please contact us if you need delivery within the areas highlighted on the map image.
