Reservation Information:

Reserve your quarter beef with a $400.00 non-refundable deposit (to be applied to your final purchase price). Your final cost will be based on $5.50/lb actual hanging weight (processing fees included). If you are unfamiliar with hanging weight, please see the second image for further information.

This 21-day dry-aged quarter beef bundle will be available the end of April.

All sales of beef will require pickup from the Kiowa Locker Plant in Kiowa, KS unless delivery arrangements have been made by April 3rd. Please contact us if you need delivery within the areas highlighted on the map image.

Quarter Beef Bundle Information:

Choose from one of our four quarter bundles:

Quarter Bundle #1

Steaks: 1.25" thick, 2 per package

    • Bone-In Ribeyes
    • T-Bone Steaks
    • Filet Mignon (usually 2 per quarter)
    • Sirloin Steaks
    • Top Sirloin Steaks
    • Chuck Steak
    • Round Steak (cut to approximately 0.5" thick)

Roasts: 2-3 lbs. per roast

    • Arm Roast
    • Rump Roast

Additional Cuts:

    • Skirt Steak
    • Flank Steak
    • Brisket (Trimmed) 2-3 lbs. average per package
    • Soup Bones
    • Short Ribs (Trimmed) 4" length
    • Hamburger 80/20 (1 lb. packages)

Steaks: 1.25" thick, 2 per package

    • Boneless Ribeyes ("Rib Steak")
    • KC Strip
    • Filet Mignon
    • Sirloin Steak
    • Top Sirloin Steak
    • Chuck Steak
    • Round Steak (cut to approximately 0.5" thick)

Roasts: 2-3 lbs. per roast
