Collection: Pasture-Raised Beef
Dry-aged for 21 days, we believe that the aging time, flavor, and texture of our beef is the culmination of our cattle's low-stress life and healthy diet. Our feeder cattle are born, raised, and finished here on our farm, providing a comfortable environment for our cattle. Approximately 90 days before processing, feeder cattle are moved to a smaller pasture and provided free access to triticale and bermuda hay, supplemented with daily feedings of alfalfa hay and two gallons per head of alfalfa/grain finishing feed.
