Leg of Lamb

This is our favorite cut of lamb! A large roast, this cut is versatile on the grill or roasted in the oven. 

We personally like to brine it overnight, then coat with Mix 1 (pepper, cardamom, coriander, and fennel) or Mix 2 (garlic, rosemary, thyme, pepper) before slow-smoking on the grill to create a mouth-watering dish!
